Grow into clarity, one thought at a time
A counseling practice for adults and couples — using evidence-based CBT to help you understand your patterns, soften old reactions, and build the relationships you want.
Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, LMHC, LCMHC, LPC, LCPC
My name is Patricia Ductan, and I have 12+ years of experience helping adults and couples navigate life’s challenges and create meaningful change. My ideal clients are those who are motivated—or at least contemplating change. Life transitions, anxiety, work stress, depression and low mood, perfectionism and burnout, self-criticism, sleep difficulties and rumination, unhealthy communication patterns, recurring conflict, and parenting alignment often bring clients to my office. My counseling practice uses evidence-based CBT to help clients understand their patterns, soften old reactions, and build the relationships they want.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is one of the most studied forms of therapy in the world — proven to help with anxiety, depression, and relationship struggles. Together we’ll trace the link between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and gently rewrite the patterns that aren’t serving you.
Healing isn’t about becoming someone new — it’s coming home to yourself. I tailor every session to the person — or pair — in front of me. The first conversation is always free, and there’s no obligation to continue.
Specialized care for two stages of life
I believe therapy should feel safe, simple, and supportive. Every person is different, so I do not follow a “one-size-fits-all” method.
